El Puente (The Bridge) is a community center that serves the city of Mesa, AZ. This center began in the summer of 2010 and since then has offered different services especially to the Hispanic community.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is very simple: family + education = better community. Since being open, we have felt and seen the lack of education available in the adult, Hispanic community. Due to the lack of available education offered to this population, we exist to bridge the gap because we understand the need for being able to communicate with the people in your area and to help them obtain a better future by training them. Speaking English is a necessary tool for our Hispanic community. It is important to be able to communicate whether at work, our kid’s schools, visiting the doctor or shopping for something at the grocery store. Our classes are dynamic and fun. We understand that many of those who attend our classes have had a long day at work, so we offer a welcoming environment so you can gain the most out of our class.
